Hello, my name is Crystal and it would be my privilege to be part of your mental health journey - whatever that looks like for you. It is my goal, as a therapist, to help you attain your greatest level of happiness in life.
Although the majority of my clients have been young adults, I have successfully worked with clients of all ages and with couples.
My specialty areas are anxiety, depression, ADHD, men's issues, trauma, body positivity, self esteem, relationship conflict and mother wound issues in adults and adolescents. I commonly utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, but it is my belief that therapy should be individualized to each client. I also enjoy incorporating art and other expressive therapies into counseling sessions.
I see clients at the Thompson Bridge Road Gainesville office during the week and in the Buford location on Thursday afternoons. Teletherapy is also available upon request.
